I. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (Voluntary Refund)
If you made a purchase directly on our website and were shown a money-back guarantee during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and
You followed your personal plan for at least 14 consecutive days within those 30 days
We’ll review your request and notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and returned to your original payment method.
Note: This voluntary guarantee only applies to subscription purchases. It does not apply to one-time digital products (see below).
II. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS & PURCHASES
Some purchases are non-refundable due to their format or delivery method:
One-time digital purchases (such as workbooks, guides, or other downloadable materials): These are delivered in full immediately after purchase and are considered “used” once sent. Because of this, they are not eligible for refunds.
Personal preference or purchase misunderstandings — including:
Not enjoying the product or finding it wasn’t what you expected
Forgetting to cancel a subscription or being unaware of the renewal
Assuming the product was free or part of a trial
Accidental purchases by someone else (e.g. a partner, child, or pet)
Not using the product after purchase
Subscription auto-renewals: These are clearly disclosed before purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal charges if the subscription was not canceled beforehand.
If you purchased a one-time digital product and can’t locate it, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, reach out — we’re always happy to resend your download link.
III. APP STORE PURCHASES
If you subscribed through a third-party app provider (such as Apple), you’ll need to contact them directly with any refund requests. These providers handle all billing and refund decisions independently. Apple typically reviews refund requests within 30 days of purchase, at their discretion.
IV. GENERAL REFUND RULES
If you don’t meet the specific eligibility conditions above, purchases are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by local laws.
Special notices:
California and Connecticut residents (U.S.): You may cancel within 3 business days of purchase for a full refund.
EU residents: You may withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days unless you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this waives your withdrawal right. By completing a purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and forfeit this right once content has been provided.
V. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Important: Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
VI. DELIVERY POLICY
After a successful purchase, your personal plan and/or digital product is made available immediately via the Formula app and by email. If you don’t receive access within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@formula.care — we’re happy to help.
