I. Money-back Policy
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout and if you did not achieve visible results with our personal plan, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- You contacted us within 30 days after the purchase, and
- You have followed the program for at least 14 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase.
We will review your application and notify you by email whether it is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Customers who subscribed through an App Provider will need to contact Apple directly for refund requests.
Important Statement
Only fulfilment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a full Voluntary Refund under "Money-back guarantee". This does not apply to personal reasons or financial reasons.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@formula.care, within the App (Profile -> Manage Subscriptions), or through https://account.formula.care/.
Please be aware that deleting the App or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Delivery Policy
After a successful purchase, you will get access to your personal plan immediately in our iOS app. You will also receive an email with the link to the plan.
If you did not receive the download link after payment, please contact us at support@formula.care.
II. General Refund Rules
Generally, fees paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
California/Connecticut residents: You may cancel within midnight of the third business day after purchase for a full refund.
EU residents: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days. However, by consenting to immediate performance, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the purchase is delivered.
